    Abstract: 台灣油品市場上游供應由中油獨佔發
    展,隨油品自由化的演變成中油與台塑油
    品的寡占,加油站業者在整個石油產業市
    場結構下,對能源價格的巨幅變動、政策
    的多變、環境因素及景氣低迷,無論在運
    輸及現有基礎設施環境的建設和維護下,
    顯現目前的市場發展軌跡已具有相當的不
    確定性,但仍有市場潛在者進入此被列入
    屬高汙染環境的行業。綜觀前人之研究,
    以服務品質、顧客滿意度、行銷、經營績
    效等方面來探討油品市場,甚少有對加油
    站市場結構之導向及產業結構環境因素分
