Abstract:	醫療觀光是近年來崛起的新興產業，世界衛生組織(World Health Organization ,WHO) 為其作出定義：以醫療護理、疾病與健康，及康復與休養為主題的旅遊服務。目前亞洲積極發展醫療觀光的國家有泰國、新加坡、馬來西亞、韓國及印度，臺灣自2003年開始，便推動相關的政策致力發展醫療觀光，雖然起步較晚，但在政府的推動下，目前已經有許多醫療單位進行相關的投資，且臺灣的醫療水準在亞洲首屈一指，相信在推動醫療觀光上會是一大助力。本研究將採用Kano二維模式，找出臺灣發展醫療觀光的魅力品質，
