    Abstract: 藉由專案凍結的方式可達到快速有效改善專案交期績效的目的。本研究藉由專案管理遊戲實驗模擬實務情況，利用 Dr. Goldratt 所提出的關鍵鏈專案管理 (Critical Chain Project Management, CCPM) 方式，驗證凍結專案的機制對專案產生的影響，並判斷此機制是否可快速有效的改善專案交期績效。
