    Abstract: 本研究以海峽兩岸之製造業為研究範圍,以探討海峽兩岸員工之工作動機、工作壓力、組織承諾與工作滿意度之關係與其關聯性。本研究針對海峽兩岸屬製造業之企業員工為研究對象,共計發放450份問卷,共回收355份問卷,有效問卷352份問卷,無效問卷3份,有效回收率達78.22%。經統計檢定研究結果顯示:兩岸員工的企業的穩定度高、企業的形象佳及福利制度佳是工作者至該企業任職的主要動機,且不同的員工屬性部份會影響工作動機、工作壓力、組織承諾與工作滿意度。另將海峽兩岸員工的工作實際感受滿意度與工作期望滿意度比較,結果發現兩岸
