    Abstract: 本研究旨在了解台中市幼兒園教師知識管理、創意教學與教學效能的現況及其相關因素,並進一步探討知識管理、創意教學與教學效能相互的影響。本研究採問卷調查,以便利抽樣法取300名幼兒園教師為研究對象,問卷包含「知識管理」、「創意教學」與「教學效能」三部分,最後共計回收253份,有效樣本245份,有效問卷回收率為96.8%。其次,根據數據資料進行統計分析,結果發現整體教師的知識管理、創意教學與教學效能均屬中上程度。以不同背景變項進行差異性考驗,知識管理整體及各層面而言,在年齡、年資、園所規模、最高學歷等有顯著差異;
