    Abstract: 二十一世紀是一個快速變遷的時代,因應少子女化的衝擊與家長意識的抬頭,學校教育無不亟思調整與因應,教育部(2000)頒布「國民中小學九年一貫課程暫行綱要」,鼓勵各校積極規劃自有特色課程,結合社區資源,進行學校本位課程發展,以卓越的教育品質,彰顯學校特色,提升學校效能,創造永續經營的契機。
