Abstract:	二十一世紀是一個快速變遷的時代，因應少子女化的衝擊與家長意識的抬頭，學校教育無不亟思調整與因應，教育部（2000）頒布「國民中小學九年一貫課程暫行綱要」，鼓勵各校積極規劃自有特色課程，結合社區資源，進行學校本位課程發展，以卓越的教育品質，彰顯學校特色，提升學校效能，創造永續經營的契機。本研究旨在探討研究者所任教學校快樂國小（化名）發展生活自編課程特色之動態歷程，藉由半結構式訪談（Semi-structured Interviews）及文件分析法進行研究場域的資料蒐集，共訪談校內教師、組長及主任等五名受訪 The 21st century is an era of rapid change.
