    Abstract: 在知識經濟時代裡,知識已成為個人或組織所擁更的最珍貴資源。教師是知識的傳遞者,知識管理能力已成為教學工作中必備的基本能力,如此才能培養出具更知識管理能力且能適應未來的學生。本研究旨在探討國小教師人格特賥、知識管理認知與教學效能之關係。最後,根據研究結果對教育相關單位及國小教師提出具體建議,以供參考。
