    Abstract: 在少子化趨勢下,家長對教育的品質愈來愈重視,對教師期待與要求也愈來愈高,國小教師應如何自我審核,而學校機關又應如何選拔優良教師,成為一重要之課題。因此,本研究以文獻探討、專家訪談與分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)建構出「國民小學優良教師評鑑指標」。本層級架構將國小教師之評鑑分成教學態度、管理能力、專業知能、溝通能力及行政參與五大構面,並由構面中發展出相關準則,其中包括敬業態度、教育信念、班級管理、情緒管理、時間管理、專業知識 、教學能力、輔導學生能力、師生溝
