Abstract:	本文以台北都會區內的無線電計程車業者為對象，探討其在都市大眾運輸市場中的創新價值與競爭力。本研究根據波特五力模式（Porter’s Five-forces Framework）為基礎，分成產業與市場兩個分析構面，然後運用競爭策略矩陣（Competitive Strategy Matrix）、關鍵成功因素（Key Success Factors, KSFs）、企業價值鏈（Value Chain）與創新矩陣（Innovation Map）等方法，構建無線電計程車產業的創新與競爭力分析模式，並蒐集實際
