Abstract:	台灣地區近年來積極建置公車動態資訊系統，目前已有十三個縣市著手系統之建置工作，然由於每一個建至縣市之公車使用率、路網及班次等基本營運特性均有顯著之差異，目前所建置之公車動態資訊系統是否能滿足使用者需求及為一重要之研究課題。本研究利用Kano二維品質模式與重要度－績效分析等研究方法，透過1,675份之問卷調查，探討各縣市使用者對公車動態資訊系統所提供功能之認同度及滿意度。透過Kano模型分析在低公車使用率之縣市，有較多之民眾將各項服務品質認定為「一維品質及必須品質要素」或「魅力品質要素」；而「無差異品質要素 There are thirteen counties has built bus information systems (BIS) in Taiwan.
