    Abstract: 科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)係使用者受到外部變數的影響,
    以及對資訊科技所感受的認知有用性與認知易用性程度,進而影響其使用意圖。其研究
    多以因素分析或結構方程模式建立及驗證變數之間的因果關係模型,然而有些科技系統
    專業度與複雜度高,並非所有的受測者都完整地瞭解,且某些變數不符合獨立性的假設
    時,加上大量樣本取得困難時,傳統與修正的TAM 便無法正確地分析其因果關係,導致
    錯誤的結論。本研究以台灣電漿蝕刻製造業的個案為例,採用決策實驗室分析法
