    Abstract: 近年來貓空纜車引發了各界的廣泛的討論與爭議,從建造完成之初,就備受媒體的注目,不論是在報章雜誌或是電視網路上。其正式營運通車後,也串連起附近的景點,為當地帶來許多觀光人潮,是當地對外最重要的交通工具。由上述可知貓空纜車的重要性及影響力,本文經由Kano二維品質模式,以Kano的屬性歸類去釐清顧客的需求,得以瞭解哪些服務品質是重要的、須改善的,寄望有助於提升貓空纜車整體之服務品質 。
