    Abstract: 國民教育不只是職前訓練,更是決定未來國家公民素質的重要階段。國家的競爭力除了累積知識和技術外,更重要的是國民在青少年時期的栽培,不僅是智育上的開發,五育的並重及生命教育、學習精神等等的課題更應是健全的國民不可或缺的觀念。本研究針對教育部於2010年所頒佈的五大教育主軸進行DEMATEL分析,其研究架構包括「以全人教育為目標」、「以生命教育為基礎」、「以終身學習為精神」、「以完全學習為歷程」等四項構面及其底下九條準則,旨在探究其各項構面及準則間之關連性及相互影響關係,從中找出最扼要的教育關鍵。其研究結果顯示
