    Abstract: 所謂瓶頸迴流作業,是指一張訂單或一批產品
    生產時,會重複的流回瓶頸站加工之特性,由於迴
    流特性,會導致一張訂單在瓶頸機台的前後迴流作
    業之相依性,而使得工廠在應用限制驅導式現場排
    程技術(Drum-Buffer-Rope,DBR)時,會面臨一些
    技術上困難,例如瓶頸排程(DRUM)如何設計、交
    期如何控制或主生產排程如何設計等。本文主要在
    探討為了有效控制交期之緩衝時間分配模式。首先
    提出不同的緩衝時間分配與DRUM 的推平策略與
    方法,其次並以例子說明這些策略之具體作法與意
    義,最後並以eM-plant
