    Abstract: 薄膜液晶顯示器(TFT-LCD)的製造主要是由
    三大生產製程所組成,分別為前段列陣(Array)製
    程、中段液晶面板(Cell)製程和後段模組(Module)
    製程。在列陣(Array)製程中,其設備昂貴且具有瓶
    頸作業迴流(Reentry)的特性,所以製程反覆迴製而
    複雜,所需製造時間也很長,製造時間大約需要
    5.7~8.6天,平均大約為7.2天。所以將面臨下列管
    理問題:(1)如何降低列陣(Array)製程製造時間
    與不穩定度;(2)如何提升列陣(Array)製程的有
    效產出。
    因此本研究將以限制驅導
