    Abstract: 本研究以關係慣性、滿意度、轉換成本與其他廠商吸引力探討網路服飾顧客再購意
    願之影響因素,並探討關係慣性於此模式之干擾效果。本研究以曾經在網路上進行購買
    服飾的顧客為研究對象,進行問卷調查,總共回收168 份有效問卷。資料回收後利用線
    性迴歸模式進行實證分析,研究結果顯示,關係慣性對再購意願的影響性大於滿意度,
    則在轉換障礙兩個變數中,其他廠商吸引力影響大於轉換成本。而在關係慣性之干擾
    中,可看出只要讓顧客陷入高慣性中,即使面臨較低的滿意,顧客仍不會離開廠商;讓
    顧客陷入高度關係慣性中,對於顧客面對轉換成本
