    Abstract: LED產業為台灣光電產業中最具競爭力的產業之一，晶粒製造為產業鏈中重要的一環，為因應下游客戶多方面應用之需求，一般晶粒廠多為接單式生產。由於LED晶粒產出的特殊性，庫存管控與準確承諾交期將是影響競爭力的關鍵因素，故本研究將針對實務上LED晶粒廠之製程、晶粒產出特性和生產管理特性做分析，以作為後續研究之参考。
