    Abstract: 軍隊是國家的守護者,而國軍各級部隊人力來自民間,因此,必須要有完善之制度,提升工作績效。根據許多文獻指出,影響國軍士官工作表現的因素很多,例如:士官的工作價值觀、工作滿足等等不勝枚舉。本研究所欲探討的影響因素是以企業組織的角度,對國軍士官個人工作表現深具影響的因素進行研究,提供國防部對士官工作行為的關懷與改善士官的工作環境。
