    Abstract: 受到金融風暴之影響,全球經濟由昔日的低通膨、低利率、高成長的繁榮,轉變為通貨緊縮、生產不振、失業率高漲、經濟成長率不斷向下修正的困境。經濟的變化,促使許多中小企業紛紛倒閉、企業變相減薪、發放無薪假;甚至大波動的裁員。員工面臨工作環境快速的改變,特別是金融行業。
    本研究首先透過國內外之文獻回顧,探討國內金控業之現況,以及工作壓力與組織承諾之關聯情況,以台灣金控業為實證研究對象,本研究共發出200份問券,回收有效樣本共計170份,以SPSS軟體進行敘述性統計、t檢定、因素分析、信度分析等,本研究主要發現:(1
