    Abstract: 海峽兩岸經濟合作架構協議 (ECFA) 於去(2010)年6月29日由台灣的海基會與大陸的海協會在重慶簽署。依據台灣中華經濟研究院的研究發現，兩岸簽署ECFA之後，台灣的國內生產毛額、經濟產值、就業人數都將具體成長，對台灣的總體經濟有明顯正面效益。
    大陸的溫家寶總理、全國政協賈慶林主席和國台辦王毅主任先後發表有關ECFA與「十二五規畫」兩岸關係的談話，顯示大陸將以「十二五規畫」為行動綱領，以落實ECFA為目標，充分發揮海峽西岸經濟區先行先試的作用，深化兩岸經濟合作。「十二五規畫」的「調結構」方面，大陸提出
