Abstract:	本研究目的旨在瞭解國、高中田徑選手團隊價值觀一致性、團隊承諾對團隊滿意度之影響關係，本研究係以新竹縣、市國、高中田徑選手為研究對象，採隨機抽樣的方式設計，共計回收有效問363份，回收資料以Amos 7.0版統計軟體進行結構方程模式統計分析，以spss 12.0進行描述統計，研究結論為:（一）團隊價值觀一致性對團隊承諾有直接正向的影響；（二）團隊價值觀一致性對團隊滿意度沒有影響；（三）團隊承諾對團隊滿意度有直接正向的影響。此外，研究也發現國、高中田徑選手團隊價值觀一致性對團隊滿意度沒有影響，但是 The main purpose of this study is to understand the effect of junior/senior high school track and field athletes’ team value consistency and team commitment on team satisfaction.
