本研究目的為比較有氧訓練、阻力訓練及綜合訓練介入前、後血壓的改善情形。研究對象為中華大學40名男性肥胖(身體質量指數≧27 kg/m2)大專生,平均年齡 18.7 ± 0.3 歲,平均身體質量指數 30.8 ± 0.5 kg/m2。依隨機分派的方式,區分為有氧訓練組(n = 10)、阻力訓練組(n = 10)、綜合訓練組(n = 10)與對照組(n = 10),有氧訓練每週接受5天有氧訓練,每次60分鐘,運動強度介於50%-70%最大心跳率(maximal heart rate, HRmax)。阻力訓練組 Effects of different modes of regular exercise training on blood pressure in obese adults
