    Abstract: 幾年來,隨著國民所得逐年提升、政府實施週休二日、民眾逐漸重視休閒活動…等因素影響下,有關地方休閒產業之經營與發展逐漸形成一股流行之風潮,並為政府及民間相關單位之關注與重視,而在考量各地方所具有之不同人文地理特性與自然資源情況下,如何賦予地方能有重新再發展之機會,並透過規劃發掘方式以使各地方休閒產業發展能有適當之市場區隔,以避免同時推出同質性之休閒產業發展模式而限制了地方休閒產業發展空間。而另一方面,在思索休閒產業如何定位的同時,如何能在兼顧休閒產業本身之功能外,同時經過適當之包裝與行銷方式,讓原本逐漸沒落
