Abstract:	本研究起因於營建專業管理（Professional Construction Management, PCM）目前已成為國外執行營建工程管理之主流，國內近年來亦積極推動專業營建管理制度，相關個案運用PCM之績效均不顯著。機關對如何選擇適合委託專業營建管理代表業主執行工程管理課題，既想運用專案團隊專業、專管能力，卻又擔心業者低價搶標，造成委託PCM管理之工程案，其成效並不如預期，但卻又不知如何選適合的品質、專案管理。經依工程會統計標案系統及歷年(五年內)品管及工程查核成績比較歷年(近五年內)公共工程查核成績 Professional Construction Management (PCM) presently has become the mainstream abroad in the construction project management. and in recent years also actively promote the professional construction management system, related cases, the use of performance
