Abstract:	永續發展之理念萌發至今，已成為全世界人類思考目前地球環境所面對的問題與持續未來發展之最高指導原則；而將其理念落實於居住環境中，其乃涵括生態、經濟、社會三大層面，既有相關文獻大多侷限於生態資源和經濟發展之探討；然，社會性互動是有效維持社會關係之穩定、落實社會福利之實施，與支持環境生態延續之主要關鍵，若為提昇整體居住品質並有效落實發展，實為不可忽略之重要基礎。檢視台灣居住環境正朝集居化、高層化之集合住宅社區發展，然而卻多受表面式之公共空間規劃形態所影響，而忽略了其間於活動與感受上是必須具備能使居民享有便利性活 Sustainable development concept has been become the uppermost guiding principle of thinking about the earth environment issue and sustaining the development of future to all people in the world.
