Abstract:	農村社區因早期之依賴土地生產，而成為生活環境與社會發展的基礎；然而，近年來卻因工業化與都市化之人口外流而日漸凋零。當此全球倡導永續發展之際，如何能彰顯其內在的地方價值與自明性（活化），進而創造出農村社區未來發展的新生力與競爭力（再生），遂成為重要課題。在實際探討農村社區活化再生的過程中發現，相關之影響組成複雜、且同時存有像利益與成本、風險與機會之正、反雙向衝擊。為能有效釐清並建構出實際發展之關鍵影響因素，本研究先行藉由文獻探討並結合於BOCR概念，彙整出以「利益、機會、成本、風險」為主體之分類基礎、與其下 Rural community has been the foundation of living environment and social development due to the dependence on land production in the early days.
