    Abstract: 近年來有關「少子化」,已成為國內外重要之議題焦點,對於少子化之影響衝擊,以私立高教、技職體系之大專校院為最大,而面對愈來愈競爭的市場,勢必需重新思考、規劃學校經營之理念與方向,而因應社市場變遷,須以創新經營之策略,強化辦學績效,落實教育目標,但面臨少子化的因素,各私校一定要有更強的競爭意識,才能存活於後續衝擊。
    本研究係以統計分析,依「高三學生就讀意願選擇原因」問卷為研究工具,對其認知為研究方向,研究對象為桃竹苗區擇定25所公私立高中職學校高三學生為問卷調查樣本,進行敘述性統計分析、交叉分析及卡方分配分析
