Abstract:	在P2P網路，典型保護版權檔案的方法，為散佈與其相似的關鍵字、檔案大小等特徵的假檔案或發佈大量版權檔案錯誤位址的訊息，以增加非法使用者下載版權檔案的難度，但這些方法並不適用於具備評論機制的P2P網路，因為使用者可藉由評論來過濾假檔案或檔案錯誤位址，譬如eMule與BitTorrent。為克服此缺點，在本篇論文，我們提出新的保護方式，透過污染版權檔案中的片段資料，散佈其內容不同但驗證碼相同的假資料，即所謂驗證碼衝撞的假片段資料，讓非法下載者，無法識別所取得的片段資料之真偽並繼續的分享，使得非法使用者可高興的 In P2P networks, the typical methods of copyright files protection are to distribute false files with similar key words, the same file size and so on as the copyright files or publish volumes of error messages to declare the location of nonexistent copyri
