    Abstract: 在目前射出成形產業,產品已趨多樣化,然而要針對每種產品設定其製程參數,往往需要工程師依靠經驗或是試誤法,經過多次測試找出適合之參數組合且必須花費大量時間。鑒於射出產品複雜度越來越高,故本研究提出一個兩階段最佳化之系統,針對多品質特性之塑膠射出產品,進行製程參數最佳化。
    本研究分為兩個階段,第一階段最佳化將田口直交表進行射出成形實驗數據計算之S/N比值並運用ANOVA分析找出田口方法最初製程參數組合,並利用倒傳遞神經網路建構S/N比預測器,結合基因演算法(GA)進行全域搜尋,使各品質特性之S/N比值都最大化
