Abstract:	本研究主要目的在於探討溫泉遊客滿意度變項之間關係。以到台南關子嶺儷景溫泉會館旅遊之遊客為對象，進行問卷調查，資料回收後使用描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、t檢定及單因子變異數分析等統計進行資料分析。資料分析後得到以下結果：一、人口背景，以女性遊客居多(63.6%)；在年齡的分佈方面，以21~30歲佔最大比例為(37.9%)，60歲以以上為最少(1.6%)；在家庭每月所得方面，以50001-70000元為最多(40.7%)；在消息管道方面，網路為最多(39.0%)，由其他方面告知得知溫泉區最少(2 The purpose of this study is to investigate the tourists’ satisfaction with hot spring resorts.
