    Abstract: 勞工高空作業場所具有高度開放與危險之特性,其中以墜落所造成之災害與損失最為嚴重,因此個人墜落防制設備為國內外廠商投入研發之重點。然而過去企業常於未充分掌握技術領域現況下進行研發工作,如此將提高企業研發之風險。為改善此一問題,本研究採用一技術定位與策略分析模式(Technology Positioning Strategy Analysis Model, TPSAM)之方法。本TPSAM 方法應用專利技術指標,結合多元尺度分析與模糊推理等方法,對個人墜落防制技術進行分析,並提供台灣廠商投入防墜技術研發之策略
