    Abstract: 本研究之主要目地在於透過資源基礎理論，探討不同企業群組在追求協同運作以及製造績效時，所採用之夥伴關係策略導向為何。藉此，本研究針對新竹科學園區製造商進行問卷調查，並透過ANOVA以及策略曲線進行分析。研究結果顯示四種企業群組之夥伴關係策略導向具有顯著的差異，由此可知，企業欲透過夥伴關係策略以提升協同運作時，應視企業資源以及能力擬定適當的策略組合。
