    Abstract: 知識管理系統是企業導入知識管理一項非常重要的系統建置,同時知識系統與一般資訊系統最大的不同點,是在於系統除了知識庫強大的資訊存取外,必須有知識的收集、分類、再利用及發展新知識的部份。因此,高品質的系統可以使企業提昇員工素質,創新產品提升企業競爭力。同時,統籌建置到使用需要很長的適應期,及相當的經費支持,且知識的傳承所耗費的時間很長,期間系統可能需要有密切的配合,以達企業運用知識,創新知識的目的。本文期望能建置一套可以適用於企業的知識管理系統的評估模式,運用多準則評估方法,採兩階段研究方式進行,第一階段利用
