Abstract:	本新型目的在於提供一種磁性建材，其包括一建材1及至少一磁體3，所述磁體3是結合在上述建材1的背面、或隱藏在建材1的內部，使建材1的正面能具有磁吸作用；又，上述磁體3也能與金屬片2磁吸後再結合於建材1的背面、或隱藏在建材1的內部，使建材1的正面能具有更大範圍的磁吸作用。藉由上述實施，能在不破壞建材表面的狀態下，使含有金屬材質或成份的物品能被吸附在上述具有磁吸作用的室內、外建材表面，達到易於取放、省時省力、美觀大方、及方便實用的效果。
