    Abstract: 1.傳統熱氣泡式加速儀,基板為矽晶片,其熱傳導率,遠大於於本發明所用的基材(如樹酯,塑膠PT,PET,PI等),所以工作較費電,為一項缺點。2. 傳統熱氣泡式加速儀中是灌入空氣,作為導熱的介質。但是因為空氣中有氧氣,所以加熱器會因氧化作用而老化,使用久了性能會降低。本發明是灌入惰性氣體氬(如Ar),作為導熱的介質。沒有氧化作用及老化的問題,性能更可靠。
    3. 傳統熱氣泡式加速儀是用二氧化矽,作為支撐加熱器,以及熱敏電阻的結構。其中二 氧化矽的熱傳導係數很小,熱傳導效應不好,所以加速儀的上、下方氣室
