    Abstract: 非營利組織存在的目的是在維持人類的基本人權需求,然而,因為非營利組織同樣需要管理與行銷,以期將資源效率作最佳運用,本研究以個案訪談法針對長期以照顧老殘窮為職的創世基金會為研究對象,探討非營利組織在行銷組合方面的策略運用,作為未來政府制定政策以及社福支出的參考。
