    Abstract: 台灣觀光巴士旅遊品質評估準則之研究

    摘要
    「台灣觀光巴士」是交通部觀光局於2004 年輔導旅行業者規劃經營之巴士旅遊
    產品，目的在提供國內外自由行之遊客能夠在台灣便利地到各地去觀光旅遊，目前全
    島共有44 條遊程，分別由13 家旅行社各自經營，但以統一之品牌「台灣觀光巴士」
    及「一日遊」之模式提供旅遊服務。「台灣觀光巴士」之旅遊路線遍及全島、遊程五
    花八門、經營業者不一、價格亦有不同，遊客如何分辯其服務品質選擇遊程，主管機
    關如何督導其改善品質，目前尚無有效之機制可以評鑑，提供參考資料
