    Title: 台灣及中國鄰近海域產紅斑赤蝦之系群結構

    Abstract: 本研究利用粒線體控制區的片斷序列(361鹼基對)來研析台灣及中國鄰近海域產紅斑赤蝦
    之系群結構及其擴張。研究上採得4個族群，分別來自於東海(ECS)、台中外海(TC)、茄定
    外海(CD)及香港外海(HK)，共134個個體被定序，發現有102個alleles。檢定各族群間固定
    指數(Fst)值，顯示除TC-CD配對間沒有顯著差異外，其餘各配對間皆有顯著的差異。以Fst
    值為距離係數，建構各族群之UPGMA樹狀圖發現，TC與CD樣本為一群；ECS與HK 為另
    一群。所有alleles的網狀圖及NJ樹狀圖皆顯示
