    Abstract: 週休二日實施以來，國人對休閒遊憩需求不斷的增加，對於住宿的需求也逐漸有了改變，出現多樣化的住宿選擇，其中距離旅遊地點近的民宿或特色民宿越來越受到消費者們的青睞。但在過去的民宿研究通常都偏向於消費行為或者是經營管理探討，甚少應用地理資訊系統作為空間分析來評估民宿現況。因此本研究目的旨在了解新北市民宿空間分佈之屬性，並以GIS克利金空間統計分析（Spatial Statistical Analysis：Kriging Method）進行區位，另以套疊分析（Overlay Analysis）進行新北市民宿與景點
