    Title: 湳仔溝溪日本沼蝦標誌放流再補率估計之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以日本沼蝦為對象，透過四環黴素法及切割尾扇兩標誌方法，於石門水庫集水區湳仔溝溪進行標識放流實驗。先期標識實驗於2008年11月期間，針對體長22mm-25mm的幼蝦，採用四環徽素浸泡法，加上切割尾扇法的雙重標識方法(先切割尾扇後浸泡四環徽素)與空白組蝦隻（未施與任何標識)進行比較，每三天一次調查標識後蝦隻的時間別殘存率、標識殘留率。研究上使用之標本採自湳仔溝溪下游入庫口。在2009年2月到10月期間每月共標識約兩百尾的幼蝦，隨後放流至湳仔溝溪，藉以探討放流回收比率及估計族群量。結果顯示：（1）在時間
