    Abstract: 服務業管理首重服務的滿意度,目前許多文獻闡述了顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度間的正向關聯。較少有文獻述及服務業在提昇顧客滿意度時,兼顧企業利潤之鏈結。價格制定在行銷活動中涉及價值的交換,而價格用來表示為爭取某項有價值的產品,消費者所必須支付的金額。在服務業中顧客願意支付之價格,反映了企業主要利潤來源。本文由績效評估的觀點著手,以休閒型渡假飯店為主要研究對象,探討飯店經營的關鍵成功因素。藉由多準則決策方法(Multiple Criteria Decision Making Method)找出顧客滿意度、企業形象、關
