    Abstract: 海岸濕地是重要的生態系統具有高的生態生產力、野生動物棲息地的作用、保護海岸線避免海岸侵蝕,污染物去除和復原,以及水質淨化等。在台灣彰化芳苑一帶,農業廢水排入海岸潮間帶導致嚴重污染。本研究以芳苑紅樹林為研究地點,調查期間為2006年6月至2007年5月,共進行五季次調查,建立芳苑紅樹林溼地的棲地模式,找出影響底棲生物多樣性的關鍵性因子,以作為未來在生物多樣性的考量下之棲地污染自淨復育營造之參考。研究結果顯示酸鹼度(pH)、總磷(TP)、底質酸鹼度、總有機物及底質耗氧量等因素為重要影響因子。
