    Abstract: 本文將針觀光飯店為主要的研究目標,將觀光飯店餐飲部門廚餘的回收部分進行分析,了解觀光飯店廚餘回收情況,並進行分解研究。期望能增加廚餘的利用率,同時減少廚餘廢棄的比例。探討目前台灣觀光飯店業之廚餘回收,與堆肥培育農產品農家之鏈結。期望能找出適合的廚餘回收策略,緊密鏈結觀光飯店業與使用堆肥之農家,以形成資源循環社會之目的。並使觀光飯店業與農家間經由回收資源,並再利用達到降低成本,創造利潤,進而形成產業群聚的型式,共創企業雙贏局面。
