    Abstract: 漫畫長久以來在台灣一直都處於非主流的形式，能容納的也只有租書店，而在早期幾乎都小坪數所開設，給人印象都是空間窄小，燈光較暗而佈滿灰塵的書架。從90年代開始，因應經濟型態的改變，漫畫空間也開始慢慢有了變化。從舊有的租書店改變成現有的連鎖加盟店，也使得這項文化演變為一種休閒產業，不僅增加了購買行為，也讓消費者多了一項休閒活動。本研究探討新竹縣竹北市漫畫租書店消費者滿意的情形，主要研究目的如下：
    一、了解漫畫租書店在台灣的發展狀況。
    二、透過問卷調查，分析消費者對漫畫產業的滿意程度。
    三、根據調查分析結果
