    Abstract: 近年來因應節能減碳熱潮及樂活概念的興起，自行車由交通運輸功能逐漸轉變成節能、健康、休閒等象徵，成為的目前潮流與趨勢。為了發展觀光休閒活動，各地紛紛重視自行車活動，以地方特色來規劃不同之車道路線，提供遊客探索體驗地方之美，並藉以活絡地方經濟。由於目前各式旅遊活動競爭激烈，為使旅遊品質提升，有必要依據遊客之特性與需求進行分眾服務，並提供精緻之遊程安排，俾利提供豐富深度之旅遊體驗。因此如何以深度旅遊體驗進行市場區隔，係為發展自行車休閒旅遊活動刻不容緩之重要議題。目前淡水河流域擁有豐富之人文及生態資源，前往淡水河
