Abstract:	本研究以新竹科學園從業人員為研究對象進行抽樣調查瞭解園區就業者自行車通勤路徑與通勤意願，受訪者對於自行車通勤的困難度，其認同程度前四項分別為：1. 汽機車流量大，造成騎自行車通勤的危險、2. 沒有自行車專用道，須和汽機車爭道，造成騎自行車通勤的危險、3. 風吹日曬雨淋及天候變化(雨季、東北季風)，造成騎自行車通勤的不方便、4.大卡車太多，造成騎自行車通勤的危險；困難度最高的前四項中，有三項為安全因素、一項為氣候因素，要鼓勵自行車通勤，解決安全問題仍為首要考量，中央及各級政府若能決心改善自行車通勤的安全問題 This is an empirical study to investigate the obstacles of commuting cycling among high-tech employees in Hsin Chu Technopolis, Taiwan, as well as the cyclists’ ability to overcome them.
