    Abstract: 本研究參考美國陸軍工程師團所開發適用於濕地的水文地貌法（Hydrogeomorphic Approach, HGM），依照臺灣海岸之特性，將其內容進行修改，建置臺灣海岸水文地貌棲地評估模式（Coastal Hydrogeomorphic Approach, CHGM），俾做為評估海岸環境棲地品質高低的根據。本研究以專家德爾菲法進行各因子內容建置之研討，特聘請海岸生態相關領域之專家學者，憑藉著其知識與經驗，研討模式內容修改之合適性。所建立完成之模式包括由10項棲地影響因子與4項棲地評價功能指標組成。
