在先進交通管理系統中,偵測與控制等相關技術已十分發達,在交通控制的領域當中,有許多研究正探討如何將此技術應用到號誌控制的議題,以尋求貼近號誌最佳化的效果。而號誌控制型態中,尤以定時號誌控制為最普遍使用且重要的控制型態方法。本研究根據貪婪式隨機禁制搜尋法 (greedy randomized tabu search, GRTS)的精神,設計一演算法來產生定時號誌時制計畫。為了解演算法的績效,並與基因演算法 (Genetic Algorithm, GA) 進行實驗比較。最後將此演算法應用到高雄市三民區路網,以 Although advanced technologies, such as detection techniques and controllers, have been incorporated within Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), pretimed signal control still plays an important role in traffic control and management.
