Abstract:	依據交通部統計資料顯示：民國101年1-7月A1類交通事故死亡，平均每8人就有1位是行人，且行人事故類型以「穿越道路中」最多。行人在交通上是弱勢的一方，其中兒童與其他年齡層之行人相比，較無法分辨危險且作出正確判斷。因此保護和重視兒童行人在穿越道路時的安全，有其必要性。交通安全教育是預防兒童交通事故最有效簡便的方式。一般而言，父母對子女的交通行為影響力大，再加上父母親有責任教育子女。因此本研究旨在運用計劃行為理論，找出影響國小學童父母指導子女「安全穿越道路」行為意向和行為的主要因素並加以宣導改善。本研究先透 According to the statistics of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, one eighth death of fatal traffic accident is pedestrian.
