Abstract:	當前大型B2C網購平台朝向商品多樣少量方式經營，並擁有專屬倉庫管理廠商提供銷售之存貨，以達到快速配送給消費者的經營目標。由於網購平台的商品通常都為寄售機制，其追求的不只是存貨成本最小化，而是要能善用倉庫空間，並依據商品供給與需求型態的差異做有效率的存貨管理。本研究藉由系統模擬方法建構一快速反應服務的網購平台，系統中供應商與平台倉庫間的補貨機制為VMI方式，並藉由「商品存放比例」、「再訂購點」、「倉庫容量」三變數以模擬最佳化(Simulation Optimization)方法求解網購平台的最佳存貨管理策略 Nowadays, large-scale B2C online shopping platforms tend to move toward a business model that is characterized by large product variety and small amounts.
